THAI MASSAGE

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment.

Thai massage is done on a padded mat on the floor. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing for your massage.

Thai massage has the following benefits: relaxes, reduces stress, improves circulation, increases flexibility, help musculoskeletal problems and centers the mind and body.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

An Aromatherapy massage combines the benefits of massage with the use of essential oils.

The benefits of massage affect the body as a whole. The following areas of the body: musculoskeletal, circulatory, lymphatic and nervous systems are positively impacted by the massage.

Stress, for example, can cause and exacerbate many chronic problems including digestive problems, migraines, hypertensions, back ache and muscle tension. You relieve a lot of stress when you experience an Aromatherapy massage.  Essential oils are 100% natural, potent plant essences.

REIKI

60 min 

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. Many beneficial effects include relaxation and feelings of peace, serenity and wellbeing.

BACK MASSAGE

30 min

Back massage is a short massage, done with clothing.
It typically focuses on key stress areas in the back, neck, shoulders and arms.

YOGA CLASS

The class is divided to 3 parts : Breathing, Assana exercises with breathing, and Meditation.

We offer Hatha and Kundalini yoga.

Thai Massage Training

1st June – 12th of June 2018

This 12 days training will teach you the foundations of Thai Yoga Massage including prone, supine and seated postures designed to restore balance, increase flexibility, soothe and restore the nervous system. We will learn at the same time Yoga and Meditation to help our body to be pain free. Prepare to explore the spectacular vastness of your mind and universe.

Upon graduation, you will give a full 90 minute Thai massage session on a member from the community.

Aromatherapy Massage

May 21st – 27th 2018

Master the techniques for performing a professional Aromatherapy Massage for clients or your loved ones. This comprehensive course provides a comprehensive foundation for using essential oils safely and effectively in your bodywork practice.

Reiki Initiation

2 days

It runs all year. Contact us to set up your Reiki Initiation.

The intention of the Initiation is to simply raise your vibration to a level that allows your body to resonate with the same frequency of energy as Reiki. Once this is occurs your body is able to remember this frequency for life.  The ability to funnel or channel Reiki becomes a life-long function – similar to riding a bike, once you ‘know’, you never ‘un-know’ it.
